Cashing in My Sephora Points!

Friday, September 12, 2014

I don't know about you, but I hoard my Sephora Beauty Insider points like they are gold. It takes a lot for me to give them up and at one of my latest trips to Sephora I noticed their new 500 point reward was from Origins. I already love the brand and I thought this deluxe sampler pack is a good way to try out the other different products they have to offer. So I took the leap and cashed in my points. I'm sure you're wondering, do I think it was worth it? And the answer is yes!

This deluxe Origins sampler pack includes:

I've been wanting to try this face wash for a while and I finally got the chance in this sampler pack. I find that it does exactly what it says in that it gets really frothy as you wash your face. I think that this face wash is perfect for people that have more oily skin in that you'll get a good deep clean without drying out your skin. Because I have more dryer skin, I found out that this face wash didn't really work for me.

This is a perfect day time moisturizer. It's a gel like consistency so it's light on the skin, absorbs quickly and wears perfectly under makeup. It is meant to wake up your face and give you that burst of energy that you need in the morning. Overall, I felt that this was a great moisturizer.

Along with the matching GinZing moisturizer, the GinZing eye cream is perfect for those mornings where you didn't get enough sleep. This eye cream brightens the skin around your eyes to make you look more awake and refreshed. I find that it is very moisturizing and wears well under makeup.

This Night-A-Mins cream is my favorite out of the samples. I have been struggling with dehydrated skin for the past few months and this night cream has worked wonders for me. Like it's name says, this night time moisturizer is basically vitamins for your skin. This cream has a thick consistency but absorbs into the skin nicely. When I run out of this I will most definitely be purchasing the full size.

Overall I felt that all of these samples are definitely worth trying. Let me know if you have any favorites from Origins that you think I should try.
