Subscriptions
The best thing to give a binge watcher is a subscription to an online streaming site. Of course the number one choice is Netflix due to its variety of both movies and television shows, but there are some other good options too. Hulu Plus is a great one for a person who like to watch shows that are on TV right now and don't want to wait for the new season to go onto Netflix. Another great option is Amazon Prime which has a good variety of movies and TV shows you won't find on other streaming sites. Amazon Prime also comes with a lot of other Amazon perks besides streaming videos which is a plus. Lastly, there is HBO, which is my current favorite to binge watch shows. HBO is great because there is both new and old programing and there is a great selection of movies that are constantly changing. No matter what you choose, gifting a streaming subscription to a binge watcher will not only make their Christmas, but their year!
TV Shows
If you find that the person you are buying for has every type of streaming subscription, then buying them a television series is the next best thing. It's also more personal of a gift in my opinion. So here are a few TV show ideas I have for you. First, you can't go wrong with Friends. Everyone loves Friends and if you know someone who doesn't, you shouldn't be friends with them. Comedies are also a great choice like Seinfeld or The Big Bang Theory. If the person you're buying for love classic shows then you have to get them MASH! Dramas are some of my favorites to binge watch, so I suggest Friday Night Lights or Outlander. If you're looking for something that has both comedy and drama then I recommend Shameless. Lastly, there are also the cult favorite shows that everyone is sure to love like The Walking Dead.
